Error and Memory light flashing on/off

Hi guys,

My ISY became unreachable.  I went to check it and it has the memory and error lights flashing on/off.  The RX and TX lights are off and the power light is on steady. I have tried restarting several times with no luck.  The device had a static IP and is not reachable.  I am running 5.0.14.

Thoughts? Thanks

The Memory and Error LEDs flashing is a can not communicate with the network. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Front_Panel_LEDs.2FLights.

If the RX and TX LEDs on the back are also off. You may want to check the network cable and  device it is connected to see if its  jacks LEDs for the ISY994i are also both off.
