Program doesn't do anything

I'm unclear how certain program events are evaluated. For example the program below doesn't do anything. I monitored the variable as the time transitioned through the indicated time of day and it never changed. Can someone tell me why? Also as a side issue I added the program using an image but could I cut and paste it?

At 1:40 the variable should have changed to 1

At 1:44 the Else section would have run and set the variable to 0

This would repeat every day.

Next time you could right click on the program title and select copy to clipboard. then paste it into your post.

I cannot tell you why.  The program is fine.  Be sure to confirm that there are no funny green arrows at the bottom left of your admin panel. that would indicate that you have not saved your program yet.

Copy/Paste with rt click - Got it. Thanks

Variable also working. I probably didn't save something when I was testing. Knowing about the Green arrow on the unsaved program name also helps. Thanks.

You have to save after a program delete also.
