larryllix Posted May 27, 2019 Posted May 27, 2019 Anybody else getting this? Ecobee support just blew me off again with "get a different browser". I shouldn't have to change browsers for each group of apps. In the end, this is an MS Win 10 problem, not properly supporting their high-res displays with hardware independence, one of the main purposes of an OS. This particular quirk only happens when using display magnification greater than 100% so that users can read the desktop and app fonts, as well as to see the icons I a decent size. This problem is also found with the ISY admin console, but some workarounds have been offered via java setup. My guess is this is the browser handing out different dimensions to different pieces of screen formatting code and it causes overlapping and user confusion.
larryllix Posted May 28, 2019 Author Posted May 28, 2019 It seems more screens have the same problem on this web app. Most don't interfere with settings. Luckily the android app works fine except that not all settings can be altered.
