InsteonNut Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 Hi @Andrew If you are using a direct IP to connect with your ISY with MobiLinc HD, open MobiLinc and go to Settings->Lighting Controller to enter in the new IP information for your ISY. If you are using our MobiLinc Connect service, please email us your ISY's UUID to support@mobilinc.com so we can look up your ISY and offer specific troubleshooting instructions.
