I have my ISY for about 1 year now, and please let me tell you that the customers support is flawless. They answered my many emails with patience, quickness and professionalism. They called me, they took control of my lightning remotely to see what was wrong with my setup and they gave me alot of feedback. If you are looking to buy an UDI device please be assured that you will have the support you deserve.
