Jay M Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 I have many scenes and devices all working well with Alexa. But one, called "Mater Bedroom", won't work. Alexa responds by saying "I had trouble communicating with provider. Check your device's connection and power supply." What's going on? paulbates Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Is it a new scene? if so, did you "discover devices" after setting it up? If neither of the above is the case, try removing it from alexa, readding / discovering Paul Link to comment
