Switch back to old zwave dongle

I've been running the new 500 series zwave dongle since they have been available and have not been able to get my MonoPrice door sensor to work since the upgrade, which was both firmware and dongle.  I was thinking of putting the old zwave card back in to see if it was the firmware or the dongle, and was wondering if I can do this easily.

I did Z-Wave->Tools->Backup and switched out the cards, and then tried to do a z-wave restore, but it's saying there is no backup.  Is something that is possible, or will I need to rebuild the z-wave network if I want to downgrade.

Thanks

Before you try switching out the cards submit a support ticket. Maybe they can get your issue resolved
