Outdoor: I hear a "click" - but no lighting control

Hi all,

Using an Outdoor On/Off switch. 

Connects with no issues.

When I turn it on, I hear a click, but the attached light doesn't turn on. (The light works when plugged in directly)

Any ideas?

Factory reset it. If it still doesn't work then it may be bad
