someguy Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 When I run a Scene Test, I get "Failed" for at least half of my units. It was explained that the test tells me "Successful" if it takes less than two or three (can't remember) jumps to get to the unit from the ISY, but "Failed" if it is more jumps (or whatever you call them). It makes me think of a pass fail class in college, but in this case, you get "Pass" or "Successful" for an A in the class, and "Failed" for a B or less. How about giving us a better result than "failed"? like "Failed, took 4 jumps". I realize that the phrasing is not all that great, but it could help someone to know just how bad a "Fail(ure)" is. thanks, Someguy
Sub-Routine Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Hello Someguy, I like your idea very much. Right now, as I understand it, the Scene Test uses 1 hop count. So it is pass/fail. Rand
