awzulich Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 I have an ISY 99i v2.7.0 which has been operating flawlessly. Today, when logging on via IP address, I can successfully log on, but get a Request Failed error when clicking the Program Summary or Program Details tabs. If I log in via universal-devices/99i, I get a constant Loading splash screen at the Program tabs but no programs loaded. I am able to write new programs, but am unable to save them. I cannot get status on any device, and ISY will not change the device state. I tried to do an ISY restore and received an error message stating invalid file length. This is independent of whichever computer I use, so firewall or software conflict does not appear to be the issue. I also rebooted the ISY without success. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
awzulich Posted August 13, 2009 Author Posted August 13, 2009 Update - The ISY is totally dead in the water at this point. - I am able to log in, but no longer have a device listing nor program listing. - The ISY also does not appear to want to reboot. - Restore ISY still gives me an Invalid File Length error.
MikeB Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 What is the status of the LEDs on your ISY? In the Admin Console, if you click TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM INFO/STATUS what do you get?
