Having trouble getting messages

Featured Replies

I have recently began setting up an ISY module for an office. I am programming leak sensors in the event the office floods and I am having trouble receiving messages. I have the program set up so that Multiple people will get an alert in the event of a flood however when I test the program I am the only one who seems to be getting a message along with an email. (The only difference is that I am running IOS on my phone while the other parties are on Android). I have spent hours trying to figure out what may be causing this and I seem to be at a dead end.

On another note, when I run "Test" to try to send out messages I do not get a message. I find this weird since I am getting messages when I run a program.

Any help would be appreciated!

Another thing that I forgot to mention...These parties were getting messages before however the ISY seems to not be sending them anymore. Not too sure why this could be the case.

- Default Mail: Do not use the default mail service that goes through UDI. Use your own throw away account for the ISY Series Controller.

- From: If you're using G-Mail insure you have a valid from otherwise mail will be dropped or not sent.
