Adding Program Evaluation / Last Run Time Columns

While doing some debugging a while ago I thought that the “Last Run Time†column in the “Program Summary†tab indicated the actual execution of the program but finally figured out it was updating during any evaluation of the program as well. In other words if something in the “If†caused the program to evaluate, but another item in the “If†caused the program to still be false, the last run time updated the time and date.

 

I must be off but to me last run should mean when the program actually was evaluated true and ran. Would it be possible to add another column to indicate when a program actually evaluated true and ran as opposed to just evaluating and not running the rest of the program? Or am I missing something here. It seems to me it would be quite helpful in troubleshooting some program problems.
