Posted February 17, 20205 yr I previously programmed an ALL OFF button on insteon keypadlinc (through houselinc), I did a factory reset on the keypad but I did not did factory reset on all the associated devices yet. I am moving everything to ISY. When I press the all off button its controlling (turning off lights from old switches) after pressing the button on the keypad that was previously the all off button, but as I said I factory reset the keypad? Any thoughts?
