No communications to one device and no errors

Greetings, Last week I swopped PLMs to ensure my backup PLM still worked. It does work for all my devices except for one. I see no errors in my log and nothing appears to be wrong, however when I turn on the (2466S) ToggleLinc Relay v.00, nothing happens. When I query the device, it comes back that it's still turned off. So the query works, but can't control it. I decided to put my original PLM back on line, but unfortunately I'm getting the same results. With no errors, I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this problem. All other devices work fine, I need help please.

Hi Brian. 

Factory reset the device. From the admin console,  right click on the device and pick 'restore device'.

Paul, perfect...that did it.  Thank you very much for the quick response.  I was thinking it was something in the ISY that would need to be addressed, I didn't think about the device itself.
