Not sure what kind of networking gear along with Firewall is on site. But can you confirm you tried to connect while WiFi was disconnected and tried via cellular?

I have the same issues here because my firewall doesn’t allow the public IP to be used while connected on the LAN / local WiFi.

@Teken See notes above. I finally got Mobilinc to work with two ISYs, via the ISY portal!

The trick seemed to be resetting passwords in the ISY portal. No idea why that would have an effect, but after I did, all was well. So, for me, I'm sticking with Orchestrated Mobilinc and the ISY portal.

Re: your firewall settings noted above, if you can access your ISYs via the ISY portal (i.e., via browser login) I think Mobilinc would work. But if not, then I'd say it's a no-go.
