Tux Droid?

I am just curious if anyone else is using a "Tux Droid" with their ISY-99? I got my Tux Droid yesterday. It was very easy to connect it as a network resource as it has a REST interface.

I plan on using it for notifications as well as using the text to speech to help my kids memorize things. If anyone else is using one, what are you using it for?

Looks cool, but the Linux requirement makes it a tough sell to most.

I'd still love to see a photo frame with a REST interface to play/display stored MP3s, videos and photos. I think it would be a fantastic product with tons of use.

I have combined my replies into one...

You can actually run it under Windows - the documentation is VERY sketchy in places. You can download windows software from the site.

You need to have a computer running all of the time as it has no autonomous mode.

I agree on the picture frame... that would be really coolll
