smokegrub
Alexa told me to re-enable skill this morning. Can't do so. I get the message that This Connection is Not Private. You Should Close This Page. Webbsite's certificate has expired. Certificate issued by Rapid SSL RSA CA has expired. Can I safely override this morning. If not, what must I do next? Link to comment
JSylvia007
Hopefully someone at UDI is monitoring this so that they can get the certificate updated... This is the second issue with them in as many months. Link to comment

I saw the option to override the warning but I don't plan to do that unless I can determine that can be done safely. Edited June 19, 2020 by smokegrub Link to comment

When I went to the Portal website I got the same error about the Certificate being invalid. I went to it anyway and could not get anything to load in the Alexa Connectivity area. I closed out and went back in and it now shows my devices and such, but still will not connect with Alexa. Link to comment
GlowingHair
I think it's on Amazon's side, at least mostly. I have a routine NOT tied to ISY (it's ALL Amazon) that is failing, too. Link to comment

I mostly use the ISY as my main hub. I also have an LG skill and I just tried it and it worked without issue. Link to comment

Tracking certificate expiration is a common problem that we have at work all the time. Link to comment
JSylvia007
ALL - It appears as though the certificate issue has been resolved. Alexa integrations are working again, and the https://my.isy.io page no longer indicates an expired certificate. Link to comment
