99i wont recognize Remote link 2440

I have a Remote link 2440 that stopped working and am trying to restore the links to it. When changing a link or trying to restore it the program times out and nothing changes.

So in trying to start fresh I deleted the 2440 from the data base and I use the Link management/Link a remote link/ program but no Inseton address pop up in the address box. I hold the dim and bright as instructed. No link.

I also can link the 2440 to other switches manually without using ISY and it works so i know it is transmitting and communicating. I also reset the 2440 to factory setting by taking out the batteries and holding the bright on reinsertion of the battery.

I have anothe 2440 and it will program by isy when making changes and works fine but also will not show up in the address field when trying to linkk t ti the ISY

I have not unpowered the ISY or PLM

I have a ISY99i, 2.7.0, using a iMAC, and the Java work around.

Any help would be great

The RemoteLinc must be entered manually by address: Link_Management_Menu#Link_a_RemoteLinc

Ah Thank you! I see it now, I casually looked the other day but missed it. I even read the revision number printed on the sticker but it never registered the other numbers were the address. Always the simple things......

Thanks
