For the forth time in a year I have had to re start my system and every time I am having trouble with the Admin console in the Connectivity area specifically the Portals not reading from the ISY Portal.  Does anyone have suggestions how to fix the problem

What happens when it fails?  is there an error message?

For clarification, your issue is connecting the admin console to your ISY though the portal? do you have the same issue when connecting via the local network or are you at a remote location and can't try local vs portal?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
