ISY not getting status updates

I went through the guide and setup ELK and ISY to work together.  In ElkRP, I set the Globals Serial Port 0 Transmit options to all 6 ticked enabled.  I also made a user for the ISY with its own user code and user authorizations Arm, Disarm and Bypass ticked (none other).  Isy can connect and pull in all the zones. ISY does not seem to see when the status of a zone changes.  I confirm that ElkRP can see the status change but ISY does not.  If i go to ISY config and disable then re-enable Elk m1EXP, it then sees the current stats.

 

Oddly enough, the state of the Area does update.  So I do see the ISY change the "Arm Up State" from "Ready to arm" to "not ready to arm"...but ISY does not show the zones changing their statuses.

I setup a few programs to run when zones are violated and those work.  So, I suspect the ISY admin GUI is the only one not refreshing or recognizing the state changes from ELK.
