Aeotec Gen 5 Siren not working after z-wave module upgrade to 500 series

It's in the title - I am running ISY v 5.1.  With the 300 series module, everything was working - I performed an upgrade to the 500 series z-wave module and it appears everything is working except 1 device - the Aeotec Gen 5 Siren.  It won't update neighbors and I can't query it.  I did try to synchronize it.  I haven't tried turning on and off because of need for quiet this afternoon, but I am guessing it won't respond to that either.  I was hoping to try and upgrade to ISY V5.2 but would like to get this working.  Here's the event viewer for updating neighbors - thanks in advance for any suggestions:

You need to update your ISY firmware and UI to 5.2.0

There are compatibility issues with the 500 series board and 5.1.0

"Please Note:  Due to reported issues, if you are not using a 500 Series Z-Wave board in your ISY then we do not recommend you upgrade to 5.1.0"

Thanks for the reply - unfortunately, that note came out after they had initially posted version 5.1 and I had already upgraded - I ended up having to factory reset and un-enroll and re-enroll all my z-wave devices after upgrading to 5.1 with the 300 series module.  Fortunately, I have a lot of insteon and only 11 z-wave devices.  After that, the z-wave devices were working better than ever with the 300 series module and v5.1.  After upgrading to the 500 series module, then the 1 device (siren) stopped working.  I did upgrade to 5.2 and it is still not working but the other devices seem good.  I don't understand the log file but it almost looks like the siren is not responding at all and this could just be a hardware failure.  Can anyone digest the log and advise?
