Backup file contents from ISY99i backup question

Getting ready to replace my old inherited-with-the-house ISY99i device with a new 994. When I run a backup of the existing unit, it creates a zip file, that contains a zip file. When I open that zip file inside the zip file, it shows nothing in it - but is 24K in size. Is this expected behavior? I want to be sure there is something actually in the file(s) that can be restored to the new unit!

Thanks for any help.

The internal zip file is too large to unzip. Use a better unzipper like 7-zip that can handle the size.

7-zip worked on mine.

PKUNZIP only showed nothing in the in the backup zip file. That did have a file size.

When you unzip it. You will find it has another zip file in it. Unzipping the second file. It will have data in a CONF sub folder.

7-zip also worked for me also. The default Window compression utility showed nothing in the inside zip file, but opening with 7-zip I see the backup.

Thanks so much! Mystery solved. :-)
