lip Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Hi, I suspect my ISY has been damaged by a lightening storm. The insteon PLM connected to it was damaged and the ISY now has a blinking blue and red LEDs(error and memory). The ethernet port on the back has no lights. Any thoughts on what I should do? Do I need to buy a new one? Does UD repair them? Thanks.
larryllix Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 (edited) Try pilling the SD card out and back in to wipe the contacts. Try a new SD card. Try a new power adapter. Try a different Ethernet port at the other end. Unplug and replug cables to wipe contacs. Edited October 24, 2020 by larryllix
