Crzy49er Posted November 3, 2020 Share Posted November 3, 2020 Hello all, I'm so thankful this forum is here. I get so many of my questions answered by just searching through the site. However, I have not seen anything about this issue. I just bought an Insteon Remote Control Dual On/Off Outlet. I got it connected to the Insteon Hub, but I can't get it to be seen in my ISY. I've tried to enter the ID and let it auto discover the device and I have selected the 2663-222 device in the drop down. No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
