I had a scene that used the spoken phrase "Living Room"

I've since deleted it and refreshed everything.

It still won't let me use the spoken phrase.

It say "This item already has a spoken"

Is there a cache I need to flush? if so, how would I go about that?

So it turns out it depends on how you search the Portal to check the scene.

If you click on the drop down to search by scene it doesn't show you the spoken phrase (picture 1)

If you search for the scene with the search function (picture 2)

it shows you a slightly different screen that includes the spoken phrase (picture 3)

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
