Hi, MY ISY not showing connected when logging into Polyglot Cloud or ISY Portal.  I am able to control the ISY through Mobilinc as well as through the admin portal.  It is definitely connected to the internet and I don't know what to do at this point.   I've already unplugged the unit a few times with no change.   EDIT: I'd like to add that when I click on "about" in the admin console, Internet Access id "disabled".  When i choose to enable it, i get an error that it can
