With "heal" gone, I just want to understand the differences in options on the Zwave menus: 

Top Menu-Synchronize-New & Deleted or -All

Device Right Click-Synchronize or -Update Neighbors or -Repair Links

1- What is difference between Synchronize, Update Neighbors and Repair Links? Use case for each?

2- I assume Synchronize from top menu and device menu is same action, only difference is in quantity of devices synched?

3- in the New & Deleted selection, what defines New?  the last device, last 3?  date?

I am trying to make mesh more robust.  Hoping understanding these terms a little more clearly will help.
