Hey all,

I just received and included the Greenwave Multi socket PowerNode US NP222-B Z-wave device into my ISY Z-Wave.  However it only brings up a single On'Off switch and energy meter nodes.  I've read with the Smarthings Hub, you can program each individual socket to be controlled separately.  Do any of you have this device and have successfully enabled the control of each individual socket?  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

(My first post so sorry if I didn't include any pertinent information)

Firmware and ui of your isy? If you're not on 5.0.13 (at least), the ish doesn't not support multi channel devices so that could potentially be why.

lillyoyo1, thanks for your response.  I am on firmware 4.8.0.  I will update the firmware and see if that opens up the multi device option.  I'll let you know what happens.

You'll want to update to 5.0.16c. that's the latest and must stable you'll be able to use

Ok, after understanding what I needed to research, I found out that my Z-wave 300 series board is not compatible with ISY's firmware 5.x.x.  Maybe firmware 5.0.16c is the only version that may be compatible with the 300 series board, however, I will just perform the upgrade to the 500 series board, then upgrade my firmware to the latest official 5.3.0 and retry the inclusion of the powernode outlet.  That should hopefully work but will take some time to receive and upgrade my component.  I believe I am on the most current admin console since I just upgraded that in November.  I will report back when I get my new module and attempt my upgrades as per the various guides that have "suddenly popped up" once I was guided in the right direction.

Thanks again lilyoyo1!
