As of version 2.16.0 we have expanded the remote management capabilities.

 

You can now perform the following functions remotely:

 

- Disable the application. Launching eKeypad will display a message telling them to contact their installer. The only option is to close the application.

- Remote wipe. This will delete the configuration settings in eKeypad. The application is not deleted.

- Message Display. A message can be configured to display each time eKeypad is launched.

 

To setup remote management, contact eKeypad support. These functions are only available if you setup eKeypad for remote management.

I am trying to configure the ekeypad with my Elk M1 for remote usage.  My router address changes frequently and so I set up a ddns address but the ekeypad will not accept it.

 

What am I doing wrong?
