Can I connect to my ISY through the internet when I am not at home?  I use the ISY Launcher at home to start the Admin Console but my ISY doesn't show up when I try to connect from a remote location.  Thanks.

I found the article that showed me how to add access to my Admin Console.  It found my ISY when I added it via the URL and it looked like it was going to work.  It opened and asked me to login but the username and password I use at home did not work.  Ideas?

OK totally never mind.  Ugh.  I see I have to use the credentials from my portal.  I'm in now.  Sorry about all this.

Do you have a ISY Portal subscription ? That would be the easy solution. Access would be with ISY Portal username/password.

Yes I do and that is the username and password I ended up using and it worked.   Although once logged in, there was a popup that said I didn't have the ISY subscription.  But I do and it's not expired.  Not sure what is up with that.

subscription in the context of the admin console starting is not the same thing as (paid) subscription to the portal.

When the admin console starts it "subscribes" to updates from the ISY.  The type of subscription the dialog is about will usually fix itself if you log out and stay logged out for awhile (so that subscriptions expire).  A sure way to fix tho, is reboot the ISY, that will clear all subscriptions.

Edit to add: you can view this type of subscription status by using http://IP.ADDR.OF.ISY/rest/subscriptions.  There are 10 slots, slots are used by things like the Admin console, Portal, UD mobile, mobilinc/agave/ekeypad, a home assistant instance, etc.
