FarmerGeek Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 This looks like the best place to ask this. Does Insteon make a 3 way switch other than the micro module? Is using two and link the only way? Really don't want to spend $100 right now. tks.
MrBill Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Two switches and link (aka scene) is the method.
Brian H Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Depending on the wiring your switches have. You may also have to use one of the Traveler wires between them to get constant AC power to one the switches. 1

Using a direct link between them they act like all functions are logically ORed.
Brian H Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Are you thinking of putting the Micro Module inside the fixture. Then having the two original switches turning on and off its Sense Input? I don't think I have seen anyone trying to do that or if it worked. At the present time they are marked Sold Out.
