I had several questions after first installing my ISY that were sent to their support email address. I was not expecting any reply for a day or so, as that is typical with other companies support. To my astonishment I had a query back from UD support within FIVE minutes -- and it wasn't the autoresponder type typical of other companies email support -- it was a real live person answering my email and asking me details and offering solutions. Just a few quick email exchanges had my questions answered in 15 minutes tops, start to finish. Extremely prompt, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and focused on their customer's satisfaction.
