ISY994ZS PRO unable to access dashboard and data

I got this device long ago with the idea I was going to monitor my electric meter and then compare that data to TED Pro Home and from the data I collect directly from my solar panels.  I've finally gotten around to looking at the data collection using the ISY994ZS PRO, but I can no longer even access the dashboard.

I'm also going to need some help taking putting that data into a file.

I will eventually merge the data from all the sources into a spread sheet for analysis.

This is just one of the many challenges of this project.  PVPower, the manufacturer of the inverter, has long since closed its doors, but fortunately, the information still exists on the web.

I'll certainly appreciate any help I can get.
