A few devices will not write updates, after change to Polisy + USB Insteon

Took the plunge. 
Moved from ISY 994i + Insteon Serial PLM to Polisy + USB Insteon
Michel expertly solved my Polisy startup issue and helped me on my way, remotely.

Now, I have a couple devices that don't seem to take the " write updates to device ".
Two are like in the next room over, one is mid range, one is farther out on the driveway.

I can turn these on/off or fast on/fast off just fine, and the write devices does communicate, but remains ...

I am hoping somebody can help interpret this log, where I query, on, off, write updates ...
And maybe has some insight how to get these updated properly.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
