US units have been changed to GPM.  Requires at least ISY on Polisy version 5.4.0

I updated to PG3 version 3.0.45 today, but I still can't get my RainMachine node server to update to 3.1.4.  I have two other node servers that updated as expected after installing this new version of PG3.

The RainMachine package was last updated Feb. 10th on the server so this may be another case of not uploading the new package when updating the version. 

It's any easy mistake to make with the current upload tool.  I'll have to see if I can improve the tool to check for this case.

It was definitely uploaded. I  installed it myself from the store and the correct version is running. 

I can try re-uploading tomorrow again. I have another minor update to post anyway.

Ping me on slack after you do that and I'll verify it's all there and if not, we can figure what I've broken.

3.1.5 has been uploaded and @bpwwerhas confirmed the correct file is available on the PG3 server.
