lamplink load sensing

Featured Replies

Posted

for the first time I have an application where I want the lamps local on/off switch to control a lamp plugged into a lamplinc. I know about load sensing, but it seems to always come on at 100%. Is there a way to have it come on at what the level the lamplinc is set?

Hi Joe,

I think on the LampLincs you have to reset them for the local level/rate to take effect. Unplug the LL for a few seconds.

You do that by clicking on the LampLinc in the device tree and changing the On Level (Applied Locally).

Local=the settings used when the actual device button is pushed or, for plug-in modules, the controlled load is switched off then on.

tried that and did not work, but as Sub-Routine says perhaps I need to power cycle the lamplinc. Will try tonight
