I did a diagnosis on the Yolink app and it said my account information was incorrect despite some of the things working so I logged out and logged back in and everything is working now. So sorry to bother you it was all in my end, Who knows what happened but at least it's working now thanks for all your help ...well, everyting is working from the yolink apop but not yet on UD mobile, maybe I need to resync?

well now I wonder if it is totally on my end. When I try to reset the wifi comnnection on my two hubs it says no interent, despite some of the devices working, so totaly confused but it COULD be totally on my end with the you link app The AC works the UD mobile does not wierd..as both hubs on the app say "online"

done, sent to you, I hope I did it right in the yolink app I am getting no internet connection error, which is strange becase I am getting real time pool temp updates from yolink devices

also, I can controll them from the admin consol

they are working in the program I have i.e. they trun on and off at the right time. They are working from another insteon controller, and at the youlink physical device. However, they do NOT seem to be working from the UDI app nor the Yolink app. On the app I did not get any errors, just they are non-responsive (even after closing and relaunching the app)

I have added yolink devices to my polisy and it woks fine, but now I found I cannot controll them from the yolink app, and I am pretty sure I used to be able. Is this expected?

Why does every time we do a time change The system gets messed up for 24 hours. And then it fixes itself. This has been going on for years and years. Why can’t this issue be addressed?

I keep hearing about a new web interface for the admin console, but I cannot find it. I have a polisy iox 6.04 and I go to the URL that is listed for my unit and it does not find anything so can somebody tell me how to access it?

OH thanks! Yes, using the Zooz stick, thanks. I am not so paranoid as only have two Zwave devices and can easily add them back in manually if there is a problem. Much appreciated

haha about the Friday night, was thinking the exact same thing! BTW do yo know how to do the Zwave backup, there seems to be no option for that under Zwave menu on my AC interface?

I have had the isy-994, then upgraded to Polisy (I think right before eisy came out). So not sure if I need to upgrade as my setup is not so complicated and Poilsy does it all for me, but wondering what I am missing? is interface to the programs and scenes still the same GUI? is it still Java? does it handle Zwave better? ...any other comments are much appreciated!

Sorry, no real help here as mine also affected dimmer switches, it seemed to also affect a non inteon dimmer. The non inseon one was repalced and all is good, the insteon ones were near the PWs, so one I went back to a dumb switch the other to a Yolink switch. In genral, especially in the area of the PW, the insteon commands are very slow. Sorry no real help here, but I quit playing with it

Has anyone discovered a wifi (not Zwave) dimmer module that works with Polisy...must be dimmer?
