The best since I initially installed the ISY many moons ago. I received a replacement PLM from smarthome and sent my old one back. After restoring my PLM and several quirky devices, everything seems to be working flawlessly for the first time that I can remember. I appreciate all you who were willing to help me on this problem. I also learned a lot about home wiring, phases, and my home in particular which is a bit complex. After getting my devices going again and working with 95+% efficiency, I even went back and reinstalled the ge surge protectors in my electrical panels and it didn't hurt system performance at all.
