Yes, they are static IP's and the api is turned on. I can query it with: http://192.168.1.100/query/runtimes and other commands and it answers fine. both thermostats have the same firmware also. I'm lost!

I have tried it with hostname and ip addresses. it still will not see my latest thermostat. It does now show 4 nodes, but the same thermostat shows up twice. with different names. and different ID numbers. Once it shows up in polygot, do I have to do anything to get it to show up in the admin console?

I still can't get this app to see my new thermostat. I have the IP address typed in as the second entry (my first venstar works fine). the second one, not so much. Polygot shows 2 nodes, but it never shows up in the list of devices in the administrative console. Is there another step I am missing? I stopped, started, restarted, and rebooted. it still does not show up in my list of thermostats. once again, the first one shows up fine.

Due to my Trane thermostat failing, I added another Venstar T7850. This makes 2. Much to my surprise (and disappointment), this app only only supports 1 thermostat. Can you add another instance for the second one, or am I just out of luck?

It has been working for some time with PG3, but something stopped after the update.

For future reference- UDI support helped me solve the issue. Microsoft Edge was my default browser even though I hardly ever use it. When I clicked to open PG3 from the Java interface, it used Edge. I cleared the Java and Edge cache but it never would work. The resolution was to open PG3 in another browser and it worked fine. PG3 was running the whole time, I just couldn't access it.

I knew better.... I did the Upgrade Packages in Eisy. Now when I go to PG3, I get "Not connected to server... Try refreshing the page. This will disappear once the connection is re-established" I have searched for the IOX I reset rebooted multiple times. I pulled the power and restarted I tried to re-enter a new IOX with HTTP and HTTPS with no luck. I searched the forum, however the search function is not working the way I expect it to. What am I missing? Thank you in advance!

I was very unhappy to learn that the Dome ones are no longer made. They were awesome and I still have 4 left and worked perfectly!

Oh, there is a scroll up and down button at the very bottom beside where it says membership. IT IS VERY SMALL and you can only scroll to see 1 line at a time. Yes, it would be nice if the whole window scrolled or we just compressed the boxes some to create more screen real estate.

I don't really change them that often. At my office I leave it up most of the time so I can see the status of a certain thermostat I have to keep an eye on. I really don't want to grab my phone every time. Thank you!

I added a Venstar thermostat and may replace my other 2. However, the display on my laptop does not show the important things to set except in a very small scrollable window at the bottom of the screen. There are many cells showing useless items. Is there any way to get rid of the useless cells so the settings show on the screen? I have changed themes and font sizes, but the important stuff is still hidden. Thank you!

I just purchased one to try. I think it's a cool device if we can address the LED's individually.
