I recently replaced some defective Insteon switches and unfortunately, my ISY will not successfully back up.  I receive an error:

Cannot Retrieve File /CONF/5.UND

 

I also received a similar error when attempting update a scene.

Does any one have any suggestions to address this?

for the fastest assistance you might just open a ticket for this:  support@universal-devices.com   In some cases the answer may be to delete the file, in others it may be to reload the firmware manually.

I'm not too worried because everything runs ok (except for the scenes I am attempting to update).
