djnr Posted April 20, 2022 Share Posted April 20, 2022 Trying follow the the steps in the WIKI for formatting SD card. I load ISY Launcher. It sees my two devices. I click on one and I get Admin Console (Lan) Admin Console (Cloud) and Dashboard. Admin Console doesn't do anything for me. I click on Dashboard and can login but the Help screen doesn't have Manually Upgrade My Lighting. Just has version numbers. Thoughts? Thanks! Link to comment
djnr Posted April 20, 2022 Author Share Posted April 20, 2022 Admin Console (cloud) actually loaded and found the area. I thought that would load some sort of cloud admin area which I wouldn't have been on. Weird but ok. Link to comment
MrBill Posted April 20, 2022 Share Posted April 20, 2022 are they 99i's or 994i's? If they are 99's i don't know what firmware to suggest you load, it would be old. 99's are deprecated and unsupported. If 994's tell us what both firmware versions say from Help > About Link to comment
