Trying follow the the steps in the WIKI for formatting SD card. I load ISY Launcher. It sees my two devices. I click on one and I get Admin Console (Lan) Admin Console (Cloud) and Dashboard. Admin Console doesn't do anything for me. I click on Dashboard and can login but the Help screen doesn't have Manually Upgrade My Lighting. Just has version numbers.

Admin Console (cloud) actually loaded and found the area. I thought that would load some sort of cloud admin area which I wouldn't have been on. Weird but ok.

are they 99i's or 994i's?   If they are 99's i don't know what firmware to suggest you load, it would be old.  99's are deprecated and unsupported. 

If 994's tell us what both firmware versions say from Help > About

means that it downloads the admin console file from a cloud server, which is faster than (lan) because the 994 is slow at encrypting the file.  You're not actually doing anything in the cloud other than getting the admin console file.

Gotcha. It's the 99i's. I know they are not supported. I downloaded last known working version for them. Now that I have the admin console working, I think I will have it from here.
