Pcarp Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 I have two tag managers I can see the tags attached to the Study manager but can't seem to discover the tags associated with the Garage tag manager. This is on a Polisy ISY. 5.4.3 firmware and Ui 3.1.4 Polyglot V3 Thanks Paul
kzboray Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 @JimboAutomates Tagging you for the above.@Pcarp I'm unsure about a couple of things. Your listed version of Polyglot is a little high. The current beta version is 3.0.62. Are you sure about the version of Polyglot you are running. You can double check by accessing your Polisy and then checking the bottom of the Dashboard page. You should see something like this. Then can you also post a copy of the Wireless Tags NS log please. I have tagged Jimbo.Automates the developer so that he can take a look as well. To download a log file go to the Wireless Tags NS page and click on the <Log> button then add that file to this post.

Did you set it to True?Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
Pcarp Posted May 13, 2022 Author Posted May 13, 2022 Set them to true. Did not restart the garage manager. Try that tomorrow

PCarpenter Posted May 13, 2022 Posted May 13, 2022 Finally got it to discover all the tags. Rebooted the tag manager and then stopped and restarted the NS. I had stopped and restarted the NS a couple of time before, this time it worked. Thanks Paul 1
