I have ISY Finder working on one computer and would like to install the start.jnlp on another.  But I'm getting ISY Finder Not Found.

Is there an easy way to find it?

Did you download a new copy, that's what you should do:  https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Of course official Java 8 must be installed first:  https://www.java.com

Finder not found is misleading?  start.jnlp installs the ISY Launcher, the first thing that Launcher launches is ISY Finder, If the ISY Finder window is opening but but saying not found, it's suggesting that perhaps the ISY is not on the same network as that computer.   This is often caused by people plugging in old routers in other parts of the house without changing the old router to an access point first.  Doing as such results in 2 networks in the home, one behind the other.  There are also other networking mistakes that can cause problems, but that's the most common and easiest to describe.

I updated Java 8 and downloaded a new copy of the jnlp.  Still getting isy:... not found.  Can I click on Add and if so, where do I get the information to supply for the URL?  Remember, I already have the admin console running in my house but it is on a different computer.

Never mind.   It is working.  I had specified a different wifi connection.  If I change the wiffi connection on the isy, will everything work on computers that have the same wifi as the one I just changed it to?  If so, how do I change the wifi setting on the isy?

Thanks.

sounds like your second wifi is an old router that is still in router mode.  This creates two seperate networks in your house. You need to put the second router into AP (Access Point) mode, so that it's not a router anymore.

Are you using a 994? or Polisy Pro?  In most cases the ISY isn't on wifi but plugged into an Ethernet jack.

Polisy Pro does have Wifi capability, but again most people don't use it that way.
