AERISWeather parameters are not populating IoP Weather and Forecast tables

Featured Replies

After getting everything working right on my new Polisy, the AERISWeather parameters have suddenly stopped populating the Weather and Forecast tables in IoP - all values are all blank.  I've restarted Polisy, and reinstalled the AerisWeather Node Server on PG3, and its been showing Status "Connected" for more than an hour with no joy.  I've checked and my weather station is uploading parameters to PWS correctly.  The aerisweather account shows that it is being polled.  The Node Server Log is shown below.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. @bpwwer

I've done that (clicked restart on the Node Server with the Log set to Debug) and there's no change in what the log is showing in Debug, compared to Info.

As near as I can recall, this problem started right after I installed a Zooz USB 700 Series Z-Wave Plus S2 Stick in one of the USB ports, and completed the setup in the Config/System tab.

I did a refresh of the Node Server page in PG3, and now the log has more entries.  I've attached it below.

There are no errors in the log, the node server appears to be functioning perfectly.

Are there any errors in the PG3 log that would indicate that PG3 is having issues communicating with the ISY?

I could use some help with that...here's the PG3 log.  Thanks.

EDIT: Removed file

PG3 is not able to communicate with the ISY.  The first thing I'd try is to reset the ISY password in PG3.  Go to the ISY->Edit Current ISY menu in PG3.  Enter the ISY password in the password field and save it.

If that was the problem then all those errors being reported in the log should stop.   When things are working right you won't see any of these:

6/20/2022, 15:59:17 [pg3] error: Error: GET http://192.168.1.116:8080/rest/ns/1/nodes/n001_controller/report/status/SPEED/19.0/48 Failed :: TypeError: Converting circular structure to JSON

No joy...I even reinstalled the AerisWeather Node...getting a constant string of errors now (see attached).

I noticed that the URL showing in the ISY finder was different than what was showinh in the PG3 Current ISY edit, so I changed the latter to match the former and now the AERISWeather parameters are populating the tables in IoP correctly - problem solved.  Many thanks for your help @bpwwer

I've also updated my router with the same fixed address for my Polisy, rather than leaving it on DHCP.

Excellent...that will be very helpful.  Should I do a PG3 reinstall/update now, or will that be included in a future release.
