Missing Users option for Z-Wave lock in mobile UI

I recently added a Z-Wave door lock (Baldwin's version of the Kwikset Encode). It works well, but there's an important menu option, present in the "desktop" version of the Admin console, missing from the mobile UI: Users.

Here's what it looks like on the desktop:

I'd love to see the Users option added to mobile. Thanks.

    I need a hint - is this something I can do from a web browser on an iPad? Or is it something that requires Java support?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
