FBoucher Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Hi everyone, I received and configured my Polisy about 3 months ago. Basic configuration. Only one ISY configured. I only had the ISY Portal node installed. Today I wanted to install the ELK node server and I couldn't because apparently there was no uuid associated with the ISY. I tried to update the ISY configuration, but always get errors. To avoid loosing everything, I added a new ISY specifying my Polisy uuid and it worked. I could add the ELK module to that new ISY configuration. But the old ISY configuration is still shown and I get errors when I try to remove it. What can I do to fix it? Thanks
bpwwer Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 Nothing with your current version of PG3. The ISY record in the PG3 database must have a uuid, that's the key it uses to edit or remove the entry. Without the uuid, it is unable to do anything with that record. The latest version of PG3 should automatically remove that invalid entry for you. The current PG3 release is 3.0.63, if you don't have that, you need to upgrade.
FBoucher Posted July 15, 2022 Author Posted July 15, 2022 Thanks for the reply, I have 3.0.56. How can I upgrade PG3 to 3.0.63?
