stevehoyt Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 (edited) Hi @glarsen I have been without issues for many months now...Thanks Starting last Sunday my programs stopped triggering when a zone was turned on. I had made no changes to anything. This morning I updated my PG3 and all programs via the ISY on Polisy admin interface, to see if that would fix the problem. No change. I am able to turn zones on and off fine. Just the status is wrong and if I do a query while a circuit is running it does not show as running...always idle. Has anyone else seen this. I have attached various screen shots and logs below. The log file was captured while a program was running this am. Status not changing anymore to running. Could you take a look at attached ( isy and Pg3) log files and let me know if you see anything wrong. Watering started on circuit 3 at 11:00 and circuit 8 around 11:02. After no change in status, I did a manual query, for each about 30 seconds after starting. I have no idea what each field means but am guessing ST set to 0 might be status. Is that what would be normal. I had rebooted the IoP this AM and restarted the Node server yesterday. Maybe tomorrow I will reboot the rain machine. Any trouble shooting ideas would be appreciated. I can't imagine how it could possibly affect the Node server, but the only thing that has changed is that I signed up for the yearly subscription plan from rain machine that permits remote access. glarsen Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 @stevehoyt, would you please set the loglevel to "DEBUG" in the Polisy Dashboard control for the Rainmachine Node server and resubmit the log?
