Here's a another bump to hopefully get this into the User Guide and Wiki. Too late for me but will be very helpful for new ISY owners.

 

This is a great description to understand the basics of Insteon communications and how the ISY interacts with Insteon network. Previously I had looked for something like this over at Smarthome but was unable to find anything outside of describing the Insteon frame structure.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
