Admin console never appears

I have been using the ISY994 for several years with lots of successful automation. In fact it is still working and I am able to connect using MobileLinc and see that my devices and programs are working as expected.

However I am now unable to access the console to see and modify my programs. It simply never appears although before today it has always worked. I can start the dashboard from the ISY finder, but not the admin console. The JAVA starts to run and then just stops. No console is displayed.

I have (after reading all I can find in the FAQs and documentation and this site):

1. Rebooted the PC I am using

2. Rebooted the ISY994 along with all of the routers and switches

3. Updated JAVA

4. Cleared the JAVA caches (trace and log files, cached applications and applets, installed applications and applets)

5. Checked the JAVA security (high) and added https://isy.universal-devices.com to the exception site list

6.Verified that no VPN is running

I have enabled the JAVA console and run with level 5 logging:

Windows or Mac?

It appears you're using admin.jnlp to open the admin console, that might be the best answer for Mac, but if using Windows, please clear the java cache again and switch to the ISY Launcher.    (many Mac users also have no problem using the ISY Launcher, however some must use admin.jnlp)

I really tried to include everything but PC no longer has the Windows connotation anymore:

Edition    Windows 10 Pro
Version    21H2
Installed on    ‎1/‎28/‎2021
OS build    19044.2130
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Like I said - I have read all the Troubleshooting section so I am indeed running ISY Launcher already. The screen shot is what it looks like on my Windows PC.

Choosing either LAN or CLOUD hangs in the same spot in JAVA with no Admin console ever appearing. This is new behavior in the last day.

I will add that once you request the Admin Console from the pop-up and it hangs, I can no longer exit by hitting the X in the corner, I must use Task Manager to kill it.

Additional information from the Dashboard (which does appear upon request):

you may have a minimized or one pixel sized admin console.  Try these instructions to delete the .state files.

BINGO! Thank you Mr. Bill...
